Sound Healing Circle with Reiki

Join us for deep listening and profound rejuvenation. The subtle power of Sound Healing together with Reiki will relax your body and mind, align your energy system, boost your immune system and leave you feeling clear. Together with Kika from @kikayoga, we will guide you in this intimate community circle that incorporates breathing techniques, guided meditation and Sound Healing infused with Reiki energy.

The combination of Sound Healing and Reiki creates a very powerful environment that brings deep and profound healing and an overall sense of well being to your physical, mental and energetic bodies.

This class is open to all. You do not have to have prior knowledge of Sound and energy healing to participate. You only need an open mind and heart.
